Refund policy

  • Timeframe for Returns: 15 days from delivery date. Only if the error of the order was made by Sloth PR. 

  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If Sloth PR made an error on order we will for return shipping costs. If the return of the item is not an error on order, customer has to pay for the return shipping.

  • Items Not Eligible for Return: Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Processing Time for Refunds: Once refund has been approved and item has been received and inspected, it takes 5 to 10 days for full refund.
