Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sloth Clothing PR! We're committed to getting your new apparel to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 3 - 8 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking2

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

Damages

Sloth PR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
